Land Payment
To secure your block of land, we request a 30% upfront deposit upon signing the contract. Alternatively, we offer flexible deposit and payment plans tailored to meet both the client’s and KM Affordable Homes’ preferences. Clients can opt for a payment plan spanning up to 60 months, with monthly interest-free installments. Additionally, a special discounted price is available for clients opting for 100% upfront land payment.
Development Payment
Development costs are divided into three installments, commencing from the commencement of development activities until the completion date. Alternatively, clients can choose monthly installment plans for development costs. The expected land release date varies depending on each project. Please note that development costs pertain solely to infrastructure development on the land site and do not cover house construction.
Booking Process
To reserve a land plot, clients are required to make a non-refundable payment of $5000.00. This payment serves as a booking fee and will be adjusted against administration fees upon contract signing. Clients are granted a 4-week window to sign the contract following the booking. Should the contract not be signed within this period, the installment payment schedule will commence after the conclusion of the 4-week timeframe.
